- Strategically located just south of the Pearl Street DART Light Rail Station and the East Bus Transfer Station
- Directions:

- From 75 (Central Expressway) North: take Interstate 75 South to the Live Oak Exit (left exit) towards downtown. Stay on service road, go past Live Oak, the service road becomes Pearl Expressway. Go through three additional lights (Pearl St. Pacific, Elm) and the fourth light is Main.
- From 45 South: take Interstate to Elm & Main Streets off freeway . Take Main to Pearl Expressway.
- From 30 or 35. Exit Commerce & Reunion Blvd Exit off freeway. Then follow Commerce Street to Harwood. Turn Left onto Harwood. One block to Main Street. Right on Main, one block is Pearl Expressway.
- From the Tollway: Take the Tollway South. Go through the last exit at Wycliff. Stay LEFT & follow signs to Pearl Street. Go past the Crescent Hotel & into Downtown Dallas. Stay on Pearl Street past Live Oak until Pearl Street dead ends into Pearl Expressway. Turn Right. Two additional light (Pacific & Elm) the third light is Main.
